Mix opening Thursday downtown Flagstaff

Mix
120 N Leroux, in the Old Town Shops (former Pesto Brothers location), downtown Flagstaff
website: http://www.mixots.com/
menu: at the bottom of this story

Right on the heels of pizza Furiosa, Mix is now Flagstaff's newest restaurant (and soon to be booted out of that title by several other spots opening this summer). They'll serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a unique twist - a super simple menu of scrambled eggs in various ways and chop salads, in various ways. See menus to see how to order it up.

Mix opens this Thursday, June 9, 2011. Stay tuned for a review.

Salad and scrambled eggs? Menu fail.

There's much more to it than Salad and Scrambled eggs. They do sandwiches and wraps, grilled items like salmon, homemade soups, fresh pulled espresso drinks, and breakfast staples like pan baked french toast, applewood smoked bacon & southern style potatoes.

Give it a chance before you judge it.

There's a lot more to their menu than just scrambled eggs and salads.

They also do pan-baked french toast, applewood smoked bacon, southern style potatoes and breakfast wraps for breakfast along with fresh pulled espresso drinks.

For lunch and dinner they offer two signiature soups (I tried their tomato, and italalian style chicken noodle - both were delicious!)
They also offer predesigned sandwiches and wraps with homemade flat-bread that they grill to order.

Lots more than just salads and eggs.
